Blueberry Butter
Fresh local blueberries cooked low and slow to bring out the maximum natural sweetness. Cooked with minimal sugar and pressed to remove the skins of the blueberry. Question we are often asked - there is no butter in this recipe. Its call Butter as its pressed smooth but includes pulp of the fruit. It's a similar consistency as Apple Butter.
